DAY 1

Nashville

Driving Distance : 10 miles / approx. 20 mins

After arriving at Nashville International Airport, collect your rental car and drive to the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel for a 3 night stay. Located less than 2 miles from downtown, this modern hotel is within easy reach of the city’s most renowned attractions.

DAY 2 to 3

Nashville

Fill these days and nights immersing in all that the Music City has to offer. Walk in the footsteps of famous artists, including Roy Orbison, Dolly Parton and Elvis Presley, visiting the recording studios where they produced hit songs. Try it for yourself by recording your own song in the Ryman Studio, or listen to the greats at the popular Grand Ole Opry concerts. No trip to Nashville would be complete without experiencing Lower Broadway, a landmark district known as the Honky Tonk Highway.

DAY 4 to 6

Memphis

Driving Distance : 212 miles / approx. 3 hrs 15 mins

Set out on the next part of your musical adventure with a leisurely drive to Memphis. Arrive at The Peabody Memphis where you will stay for the next 3 nights. While here take time to witness the legendary daily Peabody Duck Parade through the lobby. Birthplace of the blues and home of rock ‘n’ roll, there is so much to see and do here, from exploring Elvis Presley’s Graceland mansion and the National Civil Rights Museum, to wandering down lively Beale Street.

DAY 7 to 8

Natchez

Driving Distance : 302 miles / approx. 4 hrs 45 mins

After departing the hotel continue your journey into Mississippi, where you will spend the next 2 nights at the 19th century Monmouth Historic Inn & Gardens, set in 26 acres of manicured grounds. Explore the Antebellum architecture and rich cultural heritage of the quaint Southern town of Natchez, all against the backdrop of the Mississippi River.

DAY 9 to 11

New Orleans

Driving Distance : 176 miles / approx. 2 hrs 55 mins

Upon leaving Natchez drive to the popular city of New Orleans in the neighbouring state of Louisiana. Arrive at the Hotel Monteleone set in the vibrant French Quarter where you will spend the next 3 nights. During your time here be sure to indulge in the heady mix of lively entertainment, delicious cuisine and local culture, with a vast array of music venues and restaurants plus a dynamic downtown scene. New Orleans’ blend of cultures and experiences make this a memorable place for all who visit.

DAY 12

Depart New Orleans

Driving Distance : 16 miles / approx. 25 mins

Enjoy a last leisurely morning in New Orleans before driving to the airport and returning your rental car before your flight back to the UK.
